Terms of service

A shared space built on mutual consent.

These terms govern your use of mio, Android package com.loveloop.app. By using mio, you agree to them.

Effective and last updated: 31 August 2026

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Respectful use

Use mio only with a consenting partner. Do not use the service to harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, impersonate or unlawfully monitor anyone; upload illegal or infringing content; bypass access controls; disrupt the service; or misuse another person’s account or data.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to share that content.

Shared-space consequences

Disconnecting a partner or deleting a connected account permanently removes the shared couple space for both partners. This can include messages, media, moods, prompts and memories. These actions cannot be undone.

Companion and place suggestions

mio Companion and date suggestions are convenience tools, not professional, medical, legal, financial, safety or mental-health advice. Verify venue details and make decisions appropriate to your circumstances.

Service changes

Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We work to keep mio reliable but provide it on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Enforcement

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexiva Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of mio. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
