Account deletion

Leave with your data, not without answers.

You can permanently delete your mio account directly in the app. This page applies to mio, package com.loveloop.app, including legacy Play records named Usora or LoveLoop.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open mio and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open You, then choose Advanced account settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Review the warning and tap Delete permanently.
Recent sign-in required. If mio asks you to authenticate again, sign out, sign back in, and repeat the steps. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion.

What is deleted

Deleting a connected account necessarily removes the shared space because it belongs to both connected accounts. Warn your partner before continuing. This action cannot be undone.

What may be retained

mio does not retain active copies of deleted account content. Limited security records, service-provider logs or disaster-recovery copies may remain for up to 30 days and then expire, unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention or a dispute. Data kept for those narrow reasons is restricted from normal product use.
