Child safety standards

mio has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

mio is designed only for consenting adults aged 18 or over. It is a private shared space for two known partners, not an anonymous or public social network.

Effective and last updated: 31 August 2026

Our standards

We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, and any content or conduct that exploits, endangers or harms a child. We do not permit anyone under 18 to create or use a mio account.

Reporting a concern

Report suspected CSAM, exploitation, underage use, grooming, or any child-safety concern immediately at mail@nexivaservices.com with the subject line “mio Child Safety Report.” Include only the details needed to identify the account or content; do not send illegal images or videos by email.

How we respond

We promptly assess reports, preserve relevant account information where legally required, remove prohibited material where possible, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, and report apparent CSAM or imminent risk to the appropriate authorities and child-safety organizations as required by law.
